Wellwyn Health is based in Houston, Texas. I offer a hybrid model:
Virtual appointments are available to clients located anywhere in Texas.
Standard in-person visits are available on a limited basis by request, typically held in a private office setting.
In-home or private office visits are an exclusive benefit for Signature Access (Tier 1) members, offered monthly on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional fees apply for locations outside Houston’s 610 Loop.
-
No. Wellwyn Health is a private, cash-pay concierge psychiatry practice paid as a monthly membership fee.
This model allows for:
Longer, more personalized appointments
Direct messaging access
Flexible, high-touch care not limited by insurance constraints
You may be able to request reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I can provide superbills and documentation as needed.
-
All members begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, conducted over one or more sessions to ensure comfort, clarity, and a treatment plan grounded in your real-life context. (Included in some membership tiers; billed separately in others.)
Depending on your membership tier, services may include:
Bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly follow-up sessions
Secure direct messaging access between visits (7 days/week, 7 a.m.–8 p.m.)
Personalized medication management
Executive functioning and lifestyle support
Care coordination with other providers (therapists, PCPs, schools, etc.)
Forms and documentation, available after a minimum of 3–6 months of consistent care depending on tier
Each membership is designed to match your needs, goals, and pace of life. Whether you’re navigating a period of intense stress or maintaining long-term stability, your care plan will be personalized to support where you are—and where you’re going.

Yes. You have two options for requesting an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter:
For established patients: If clinically appropriate, ESA letters may be provided after at least 3 months of consistent care as part of your membership.
Standalone ESA evaluation: This service is available for a flat fee of $400. It includes a virtual clinical assessment and written documentation, if indicated. All requests must first go through a two-step screening process to determine eligibility before an evaluation is scheduled. This ensures that clients who proceed with the assessment are appropriate candidates for documentation under the Fair Housing Act.
