2. Medical Services Disclaimer

The services provided by Dr. Darlinda Minor through Wellwyn Health are professional psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and executive functioning support for eligible clients. Medical services are provided only after a formal intake and consent process. No general advice or diagnosis is provided through the website or any non-clinical communication.

3. Eligibility and Scope of Care

You must be physically located in a state where Dr. Minor is licensed to receive care. All services are provided to adults (18+) only. Wellwyn Health does not provide emergency psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

4. Confidentiality

All information submitted through this site is handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations. However, electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not submit urgent or unrelated medical information through contact forms or email. Forms related to clinical screening (e.g., ESA requests) are reviewed only during business hours and are not monitored continuously.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for all services are clearly outlined prior to scheduling. Wellwyn Health is a private pay (monthly subscription) practice and does not accept insurance. Payment is required prior to or at the time of service. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

6. ESA and Forensic Evaluations

Emotional Support Animal evaluations and forensic services are discretionary and require appropriate documentation and assessment. Completion of an initial screening form does not guarantee eligibility. Fees for evaluations are non-refundable once completed.

7. Appointment Flexibility for Members

Clients of Wellwyn Health are enrolled in a concierge membership plan that includes flexible scheduling and ongoing care access. Rescheduling requests are managed collaboratively to accommodate both parties. No refunds are issued for unused access during the billing cycle. Full details are provided in the Membership Agreement following acceptance into care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, logos, and images — is the property of Wellwyn Health or used with permission. It may not be copied, reused, or distributed without express written permission.
