As a fellowship-trained forensic psychiatrist, I offer independent psychiatric evaluations in both civil and criminal legal contexts. These services are billed separately from membership care and include:

Turnaround time and retainer fees vary by case type. All evaluations are subject to availability and scope of referral.

ESA evaluations and letters are available as a standalone service or may be requested as part of ongoing care. This service includes a virtual clinical assessment (your emotional support animal must be present during the appointment) and written documentation.
This evaluation and letter are intended only for housing-related accommodation requests under the Fair Housing Act (FHA). ESA letters for air travel are not provided.
Only individuals who meet the initial screening criteria will be invited to complete an evaluation. This helps ensure that all evaluations result in appropriate documentation and that no one pays for a service they don’t qualify for.
